From the Nile to Kiwi land

Egyptian, Lebanese and Turkish cooking, alongside Kiwi cafe classics

Cuisine Operators is a family-run hospitality business in Auckland. We began with pop-up food events across the North Shore, Te Atatu and Matakana. Today we run Lake House Cafe in Takapuna, host events, cater functions and bring lunch to local offices.
